Multi-location and franchise ordering

One network, several audiences, different catalogues and pricing for each. Structured so a franchisee cannot order a corporate-only item and head office can still see the whole picture.

A network is rarely one audience. Company-owned locations, franchisees, regional offices, and head office all order print, and they should not all see the same catalogue or the same prices. We set the store up so each group gets its own view: its own products, its own pricing, its own shipping defaults, and its own language, while head office keeps visibility across all of it.

This is the pattern we run most often, including for networks operating on both sides of the border where the Canadian and United States sides of the same brand need separate storefronts, separate currencies, and separate compliance. Splitting that across multiple print suppliers is where brand consistency usually dies, because nobody is comparing the output. Running it as one store with several views keeps the colour, the stock, and the standards identical no matter which part of the network ordered.

常见问题

Can franchisees be billed separately from head office?
Yes. Billing can follow the group, so franchise orders settle with the franchisee while corporate orders settle with head office.
Do you handle United States locations?
Yes. We run separate Canadian and US storefronts for networks that need them, and we are close enough to the border that cross-border shipping is routine rather than exceptional.
What if a location tries to order something it should not?
It cannot see it. Restriction happens at the catalogue level rather than at review time, so the wrong item is never in front of the wrong person.
