The reason web-to-print projects stall is almost never the software. It is that somebody has to sit down and turn a messy folder of legacy files into a clean catalogue with correct specifications, sensible names, and pricing that holds. That work is the project, and we do it rather than hand it back to you as configuration homework.
A build runs in a predictable order: we agree the catalogue and who is allowed to order what, collect and clean up the artwork, set the templates and lock the brand elements, load pricing, create the user groups, and then run a pilot with a small set of real users before the whole network gets the invitation. Because the same company prints the orders, the specifications in the store are the specifications on the press, which removes the usual gap between what a store says a product is and what a printer can actually make.
常见问题
- How long does a store take to build?
- It depends almost entirely on how ready your catalogue and artwork are, not on the software. We scope it after seeing what you order today, and we will tell you honestly which part is the long pole.
- What do you need from us to start?
- A list of what the network actually orders, the artwork you have, and a decision on who is allowed to order what. The rest we can work out together.
- Do you train our locations?
- Yes, and we pilot with a small group first. A network-wide invitation on day one to a store nobody has tested is how these programs get a bad reputation internally.
