A private print store for the people who reorder, run by the plant that prints it.
Nobody should have to email a print file to reorder the thing they ordered last quarter.
Accent Portal gives your network a private store: every location, franchisee, and rep signs in, sees only the materials head office approved, and reorders in a few clicks. We build the store, load your catalogue, lock your brand into the templates, and print the orders in our own Montreal plant. The platform and the press are the same company, in both languages, with more than 35 client stores already running.

Capabilities
Every project runs through one accountable team, from first proof to final delivery.
Your own private ordering store
A branded store only your people can reach, stocked only with what you approved, priced the way you negotiated.
Learn more →Locked brand templates
Let a location change the address and the offer. Do not let it change the logo, the colours, or the legal line.
Learn more →Multi-location and franchise ordering
Corporate, franchise, and head office each get their own view of the same store, without three separate suppliers.
Learn more →Kitting, storage, and ship to anywhere
Print once, store it, and let locations draw from it. One order can ship to one address or to two hundred.
Learn more →Order history and spend visibility
Answer what the network spent on print last quarter, by location, without asking anyone to go find out.

You are not being handed software to configure. We set it up, load the products, and train the network.

Frequently asked questions
- What is web-to-print?
- Web-to-print is ordering printed materials through a website instead of by email or phone. In a business context it usually means a private store: your organization signs in, sees an approved catalogue at agreed pricing, and reorders without redesigning anything or re-sending files.
- How is this different from web-to-print software?
- Most web-to-print is software you subscribe to, and you still have to find a printer to fulfill it. Accent Portal is run by the manufacturer: the store and the presses are the same company in the same building, so specifications, quality, and deadlines have one owner instead of two vendors pointing at each other.
- Who is a private print store actually for?
- Organizations that reorder the same materials on a cycle across more than one location: franchise networks, multi-location retail, dealer and elevator networks, corporate marketing teams, healthcare and pharmaceutical operations, and public sector bodies. If print is ordered once and never again, a store is overhead. If the same pieces come back every quarter across many locations, a store pays for itself in control alone.
- Does the store work in French for Quebec locations?
- Yes. We are a Montreal manufacturer and several live stores run a French storefront alongside the English one. Language requirements can also be locked into the templates themselves, so a Quebec location cannot accidentally order a piece that does not meet them.
- What does it cost?
- There is no list price, because a store for six locations and a store for four hundred are not the same project. What is included at each level is published openly, and the number comes from a short scoping conversation about how many locations you have and what the network actually orders.
