Your own private ordering store
A private store is not a public shop. It sits behind a login, carries your logo and colours, and shows each user only the materials their role is allowed to order, at the pricing already agreed with your organization.
The store opens on your brand, not ours. Your logo, your colours, your product names, at a web address that belongs to your organization. Behind the login, each user sees a catalogue scoped to their role: a franchisee sees the franchise kit, a regional manager sees the regional pieces, head office sees everything. Pricing is whatever your agreement says it is, shown to the people entitled to see it and hidden from the people who are not.
What this replaces is worth naming plainly. Without a store, reordering means somebody digs through email for last year's file, sends it to whoever is closest, and hopes the logo is current. Every one of those handoffs is a chance for the brand to drift and for spend to disappear from the books. A private store turns a reorder into a repeatable transaction with a record attached. We have more than 35 of these running for client organizations today, several of them split across corporate, franchise, and head office storefronts inside the same brand.

- Can the public find our store?
- No. It sits behind a login and is not indexed. Access is provisioned per user, and removed the same way when someone leaves.
- Can different users see different prices?
- Yes. Corporate, franchise, and regional groups can each see their own pricing, and pricing can be hidden entirely for users who order against a budget rather than a card.
- Can the store run in French and English?
- Yes, and several of our live stores do exactly that, including networks that run a separate French storefront for Quebec locations. We are a Quebec manufacturer, so bilingual is the normal case here rather than an add-on.
